US Oil Higher or Lower from here? I think the consensus is lower but I am looking for a small pullback then next stop, 49 (green line) What do you think?

Things that make you go hmmmm….

Apartment complexes, restaurants, retail strip centers are going up at the fastest rate I have ever seen.  Real estate prices and commercial rents are soaring.  I know people are moving into Texas but this seems very abNormal.  The oil industry is in a recession with no end in sight.  It would seem to me all this new contruction will just cannibalize each other.  I understand money is cheap but this new growth is something that makes me go hmmmm…..
